Course Description: In New Brunswick, everyone in the workplace, including employers and employees, is responsible for their own health and safety and for the health and safety of those around them. This course introduces students to the importance of working safely and addresses how employers, supervisors, and employees can control the hazards and risks associated with the workplace. Students also learn about the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders including WorkSafeNB, the employer, the supervisor, and the employee in ensuring workplaces are safe.
